Contact · South Weymouth, MA
Call the studio before you write a spec.
A ten-minute call tells us more than a long email ever will. Phone the studio during open hours, email a brief, or walk it over to the bench — whatever fits your timeline.

Street parking runs along Central St; walk-ins during open hours get a working demo if there's a bench free, otherwise we'll book the next discovery slot on the spot.
Before your first call
Four things that make the call useful
None of these are required — but the more you bring, the faster we can give you a real estimate instead of a vague one.
-
01
The outcome, in one line
What does a user do with this, and what counts as “working”? A sentence on the job-to-be-done beats a feature wishlist every time.
-
02
Platform & constraints
Web, iOS, Android, or all three — plus any must-haves: offline support, existing auth, HIPAA/SOC obligations, or a stack we need to integrate with.
-
03
What already exists
A repo, a Figma file, an API, a spreadsheet that's doing the job today. Pointing us at the current state saves a full discovery cycle.
-
04
Timeline & budget band
A target launch window and a rough range. We'll tell you honestly whether the scope fits — before anyone writes a line of code.
Common questions
Before you reach out
How fast will I hear back?
Within one business day for emails and form submissions. Calls placed during open hours — Mon–Fri, 11am–4:30pm ET — usually reach an engineer directly; after hours, leave a message and we'll ring back the next open day.
Do you take on small builds?
Yes, within reason. A focused Discovery engagement starts at $7,400 and is worth it even if you take the spec and prototype elsewhere. If a project is genuinely a weekend script, we'll tell you — and point you somewhere sensible rather than over-scope it.
What happens on the first call?
Ten to twenty minutes: you describe the outcome, we ask about platform, data, and constraints, and you get an honest read on scope and rough milestone figures. No deck, no sales script — if we're not the right shop, we'll say so.
Will you sign an NDA?
Happily — send yours before the call or ask for ours. We keep client repositories and specs confidential by default, whether or not paper is signed.
Can we meet in person?
Yes — the studio at 197 Central St is open for scheduled meetings during open hours, and Saturdays by appointment. Most discovery and demos run just as well over a call, so meet in person when it genuinely helps.
